Practically all farm tractors have solution in the tires these days. It's an easy and cheap way to add weight. Sometimes alcohol solution is used instead of calcium chloride. You don't have the corrosion problem with the alcohol. As far as the result, there would be no difference between adding the solution, or equal weight with the wheel weights. However, you will have to add 3 or 4 weights to each wheel on your H to get the same weight as filling the tires 75 percent with liquid. Also, depending on what you are planning to do with your H, you may not need the extra weight. If it's just a show or parade tractor, just use air in the tires. If just mowing or something like that and not heavy draft work like plowing or disking, you won't need the weight. The weight does lower the center of gravity and makes the tractor a little more stable on slopes.
