Guy, could your C possibly shoot down the 47010-54411 serial number range? If you find no white, unless the tractor was completely stripped, then it is not a "white C". Only us crazy collectors will remove all the paint. A dealer would have just steam cleaned the thing and repainted over what was left. I stripped the supposed originally white C (white tractors look weird to me) I have and painted it red. There was white under red on everything, cast, sheet metal, small parts, all of it.
