WD6 Bosch Injection Pump

I just aquired a 1948 WD6 with a Bosch fuel injection pump. The engine misses on numbers 1 & 4 when cold but clears up quite a bit when warmed up. I'm quessing the injectors could use a little TLC because the tractor hasn't run much the past few years. Old fuel could be part of the problem too.

Is the Bosch a good pump or should I be looking to refit it to an IH pump? I imagine it would be easier to find a chicken wearing dentures than to find parts for the Bosch.
