you shouldnt need to replace the bolts, but you will need some big wrenches or a 3/4 drive socket set to remove them. the hitch mounts to the existing bolts and all you do is remove the vertical angle irons on either side of the hitch and the saginaw bolts right up. its heavy, and you will prolly need a couple floor jacks and blocks to hold it up there. here a pic of the saginaw on my m. spray the bolts up good with penetrating oil before trying to remove them
