I have bought an old rusty McCormick Farmall Cub

sernr: 726365
6 volt elektrickery
That was buid in France-Europe ofr the small farmer.
I want to get a technical manual for this tractor cause
the carburation is not good and the battery is not loading, but
I can not find any info on this serial number.
Can any of you Vintage Tractor peaople help me out ?
