John, you might try posting you message on the board at the Antique Caterpillar Machinery Owners Club (http://www.acmoc.org/). Holt and Best merged to form Caterpillar. There are one or two books on the Holt Military tractor, I don't have the info on them at work but I'll look it up and post it tomarrow.
