I don't know if this will help or not, but I believe it is a 1928.
Here's why: 70000 series 2-ton's were made from 1926-
1928, with a serial # listing of 70001-78989, meaning 8988
2-tons were produced in this 3 year period. Since your serial
# is 77751, I would assume it is a 1928. Hope this helps!
