ALLIS CA Hydraulic Schematic

My Dad recently bought a CA ALLIS CHALMERS,
SN CA23369. Currently the hydraulics will raise
but it will not lower. He has a basic manual but
it does not have a hydraulic schematic for
troubleshooting in it. Does anyone know if any
of the other manuals or books listed here have a
schematic?
