Yes, the tractor is definitely worth 550.The 45 diesel used a different ratio tranny and rear end to compensate for the variation in engine speed between the gas and diesel versions. If the hood and radiator are good, and battery box, etc. whichn are also different from gas version you are getting a a reasonable deal.
