Two questions - I have a ferguson with serial # TEA292058 made in Coventry, England what year is the tractor.
Second - how do you remove the oil pan. I am having hydraulic problems and drained the oil and need to get to the pump and clean the sludge out of the bottom. The PTO is attached to the bottom of the pan and it appears you may need to pull the pto shaft and then slide the oil pan towards the rear for removal. I ordered a parts catalog and it's on the way. Anyone done this job before? I can feel a spring in the bottom that's not attached and I belive it is the relief valve.
