Farmall Cub Leaky Carberator

My 55 Cub's carberator leaks just a few drips per day, not enough to fill a thimbel. Is it a stuck float?? Any other ideas and suggestions for a quick fix. If it needs to be rebuilt where is a kit available for purchase?
