I just bought a JD1010 and the even when the PTO lever should disengage the PTO, it still turns. I haven't tried it with equipment, maybe the resistence would stop it. But I'm wondering if maybe this is symptomatic of a PTO problem. Is this a common occurence? Any big deal?
