Bob, thanks very much for posting the picture. that looks like a heavy pc. of equip to setup & use. I was told that you couldnt get alot of dept from this machine because of the snap coupler setup. I guess im going to go with one with 3 point because here in minn. you have to go down about 4' to get below frost level. Thanks agin Bob. Ron

OK I have a question. Does a AC (snap coupler) post hole digger even exist? My guess is no it does not. When you look at how a snap coupler hooks up to the "bell" under the tractor it looks impossible to raise the thing high enough. I have a post hole digger that fits on the lift arms of my WD. It is not a snap coupler. When I tried to get new tips for it, at the AC dealer, they could not find any refrence to any post hole digger made by Allis. And yes these guys look, they where suprised to know that what I had even existed. Now mind you this isn't my claim to the absolute truth on this matter but it is a desire to learn more. Again I ask did a AC (snap coupler) post hole digger ever exist? If so I would like to see pictures and any other info about them. No it is not for sale.

yes they do exist, model #10. seen one on back pages of forum. just talked to a older gentlemen from central ia. who has implement shop said they werent very good,to clumsey to put on&take off & couldnt get the dept. so guess ill go with 3 point.thanks for your feedback& info. Ron

I called Charlie this morn. (nice fellow) he filled me in on a few things, guess ill add a 3 pt to my tractor. thanks agin for the info,with your kind of help makes it alot easier for a 65 yr old greenhorn to play with his tractor.lol Ron
