Technically it is not a Series II, but it has the same features as a Series II. I mid-1961 AC changed the D-10/12 to include larger (149 ci) engine, true independent hydraulics and PTO, 12V (positive ground) electrical, and 1500 psi hydraulics (as opposed to the high pressure, low volume hydraulics on earlier ACs) and some other changes. These production changes were effective with D-10 SN 3501. The Series II designation wasn't applied until 1963, starting with D10 SN 6801, but there weren't any changes other than the decals. Never believe decals on tractors. There are many WD's running around with WD45 decals.
