Hi Loren, I am painting one of the 770s you sold my dad, but not the one he has now. He painted the 770 he has himself this summer. The 770 I am painting was left at the farm when my dad sold it in 1988. Chapmans own the farm now. I saw Chapmans at Sunnycrest last summer, they came up to see me pull. They said the 770 sat behind the barn in the weeds for a few years and they were not sure if it ran and they told me I could have it. I picked up back in early November. We towed out of the brush, got it up to the road and tried to pull start it, couple shots of either and she fired right up-towed maybe 150 ft. Drove it on the trailer and took her home! It seems to run decent but i think she is tired. I am doing some maintenance to it,new battiers-starter works, fixing brakes, pto does work, not sure on 3 point hitch-the arms are tied up with baler twin-the cable is broke to the 3pt hicth and remotes not sure on those. The tires hold air. I dont want to spend a lot of money on it but I want to have a little fun with it and make it look new again.
