First pic shows the bushing and brg. that need replacing on output shaft. 2cd is shaft with bushing installed and honed so the sealing ring has correct clearance. I removed .006 from the ID of bushing carefully with a brake cly hone. The bushing and Direct Drive disc are NLA from Case. Those parts came from John Saeli. John was very helpful, the next time I need COM parts I will be giving him a call. 3rd is the shaft and brg placed in the wheel carrier. 4th turbine wheel installed on output shaft. 5th torus housing placed over turbine wheel. 6th direct drive disc installed on torque converter. 7th clutch lock-up carrier placed on torus housing. 8th clutch pack piston pressed on output shaft. 9th clutch pack goes on. 10th COM assembled with PTO shaft and the hub and sealing ring for Direct Drive Oil ready to go in. 11th After all is together I pressure test with air checking for leaks, all seems to be very good. 12th shows the seals for PTO shaft in the output drum that need to be replaced. These COM units are simple and well built. Read the service manual, be clean and careful and most of you guys would do fine repairing a COM. This COM had a couple bad brgs. and needed some new sealing rings and DD clutch disc, the rest is in good condition. I will post test results when tractor is assembled.
