Grandpaps Tear | Im 15 and I just bought a John Deere A with the rare wide front. The day after we got it home my dad, my uncle, and me were looking at it. Uncle Rick said start it up. So ole Johnny Putt Putt fired up. After a few minutes I shut it off. Then I started scaping some oil off the back. My uncle said 'Did you see Ed looking down?' Ed was my Farming Grandpap who died 10 years before I was born. A tear came to all of our eyes. My dad then said 'Its a damn shame these boys never got to meet him. He'ed be so proud of you. ' Meaning my brother and me. Brad, PA, entered 2002-07-16 My Email Address: Not Displayed |
