Strange Pay Load | I'm currently still in the Navy in which I have to got to many countries. My first command was on the air craft carrier 'Nimitz', we where in Italy and I found an old 1940? Porche tractor. I payed 60 for it and after buying it my shipmate asked me how I was going to get it home. Hmmm! Yes that was true, how? Well I went through the chain of command and the Captain granted me the use of the hanger bay where we keep the jets to store the tractor. It didn't fit the picture of having an old farm tractor siting next to a Tomcat fighter jet, but it's home now. Lester H. Good, NY, entered 2000-08-11 My Email Address: Not Displayed |
