I know I bought one for my tractor when I redid the shift tower after it got stuck in reverse and the shifter slipped out. I got my replacement one from AGCO. It was reasonable, and that was only... Three years ago.

I wouth think you could get that at an AGCO dealer. I have bought several parts from the local AGCO dealer.. Some parts are high, others are about right...

Where have you tried? AC/AGCO dealer? If no luck there- grind off a washer, to fit the space, drill out the bottom side with a large diameter drill- to sort of fit the angle needed to match the ball on the shifter. Snap ring is a generic thing- bring the tower to any reputable tractor dealer and the partsman should come up with something that fits and secures.

Those suppliers are not likely to have small parts like you need. Agco dealer locater is at www.agcocorp.com, but my previous post should handle the problem. Just look for a ring thick enough to fill the space in the groove after you fit the washer.
