We have a 1958 Alliss Chalmers D-17. We are looking for a blade and cultivator with the snap coupling connection, not a 3-pt connection. How do we find these items.

Go to Allis-Chalmers.com and click on unoffical allis. Then go to disscussion forums and post the same question you did here. I would go to local farm equipment auctions, thats useually where you find the best deals. If you are in a area that doesn't have many Allis-Chalmers tractors you will probaly get the AC implements with snap-coupler hitch for not much above scrap price. Because they are useually useless to non-AC owners. I converted a AC snap planter to 3 pt. Wish I hadn't now because they are had to find and people are looking for them to match WD's etc. My tractors are 3 pt. or drawbar and it was the only planter I had at the time.
