I personally prefer C&D Hitches. . .I am getting ready to buy one since I just bent my homemade on this weekend. . .I have looked at different ones for about 6 months. About $325 for my D-17. . .email him for a price.

here is a pic. Notice how it uses the snap coupler drawbar & claws. .It allows the traction booster to function still while using 3point implements, unlike some makes.

I have this hitch on a WD. It has worked well. I don't need the draft advantage so I remounted it pulling from the same pin as the drawbar. I took off my drawbar so I could swivel the 3-point blade for a pusher. There was more play with the drawbar mount too. I recomend looking at the frame mount if you don't use draft control.

Dave is correct, I should have mentioned that I several snapcoupler implements, as well as 3 point and right now changing between drawbar, 3point, and snapcoupler is a real chore. I prefer the C&D over others because I don't have to take the snapcoupler claws off all the time.

Your choice should be based on what you will use the tractor for the most. . If you don't have any snapcoupler implements, it may be better to go with a fully mounted style.

I just got mine from them last Wednesday for my WD and it is massive. (2) day delivery here and weighs about 200 lbs. Bolts to the differential housing where the drawbar height adjuster is so that means that the hydraulic draft control will not be used but I opted for that since I wanted the anti-sway control bars. The swivel ends will accept Cat 2 implements also and the upper adjustable link is included too and pins to the weldment right above the built-in step.
