Had new tires put on , now my rim clamps are not snug to the rims. I can feel movement when tractor rolls forward, I can see air space between rim and rim clamp. It does not slip because the rim drive lugs hold. How do I get the clamps tight. Thanks fred

Fred, two of the clamps should have eccentric bolts in them and the other two should have regular bolts. The way I install my rims on the wheel centers is to put the two stationary clamps on the wheel and turn wheel so those two clamps are on the top. I then put the rim on and install the other two clamps with the eccentric bolts. Make sure that the two lugs that are welded on the rim are on one of the stationary clamps. Then you turn the two eccentric bolts (in opposite directions) untill the clamps are tight against the rim. Besure and hold the bolts with one wrench while you snug the nuts down or the bolts might turn and loosen the clamp.
