I have an '47 AC C I want to sell. It runs really good, has new rubber on back, good rubber on front, new paint on tank, cowling, radiator, wheels and most of frame. Converted to 12-volt. Needs new seat, muffler and backlash adjusted in steering. I've used it the last 3 years mowing 8-acre horse paddock (belly mower but have sold it already; still have attaching hardware)and pulling small muck trailer. It's been a great tractor and will make a good one for someone else. I'm selling because I've changed to another tractor set-up. Any clue what it's worth and the best way to sell it?

there is a C on e-bay for sale that has a new mower deck, probably about $800 for the deck. It has new motor and paint. The guy wants $2000 for tractor and deck and so far no bids. In the midwest i have seen many C tractors go for $700 base up to $1200 for "good running" with decent tires and paint, but not new. There is a B on e-bay with a sickle mower for $1250. looks to be decent. Been there a week and no bids yet. again, in the midwest area.
