I have a Leon blade on my 7050. All the pushing force is placed on the front of the drawbar through a large beam that runs from the lift frame of the blade and is welded to the front of the drawbar. The weight of the blade is on the front axle because it is bolted to it. Nothing is attached to the side rails. I put it on the 7050 instead of my 1486 because the front axle is heavier and the Allis has a wet clutch. I've been using it for three years now with no problems. I even built a half mile driveway with this setup, though it would have gone faster with a bull dozer.
