HI i was wondering if there is a way to just shut the hydraulic pump off on my wd completely

Depends if you want the lift off or the pump stopped - the lift lever will stop any lifting action when in the bottom position but the pump continues to run as it is dirrectly driven off a cam shaft in the tork housing. Depressing the foot clutch stops the cam but also everything else. atleast thats the way I see it.

There are two similar levers on the quandrant in front of the steering wheel on the WD. The right one is the throttle, the left one controls the hydraulic pump. When it is in the lowest position, the pump is not operating or providing pressure to the system. Beyond that, pushing in the foot clutch will keep the pump from turning.
