If you want a motor that will last, forget the 201 block. They will literally split in half with much over 90 hp. Go with a combine motor or a D-17. It's pretty easy to stuff in a 6 inch stroke with a 4.5 inch bore. When you dyno tune it, find an adapter that will hook up directly to your p.t.o. gear box. You can then go up to about 115 horses before they explode. Good luck. Keep us posted on your progress. A.C.

the chv. valves are 2.06 (intake)you will have to re cut the keeper groves. use the cam and the gov. weights from the combine that use the 45 motor. I like the M&W turbo dome pistons. If you want more,,a 5 inch crank would help, if you use a 5 inch crank you should cut .250 off the top of the pistons. there is a ring&pinon gear that would help too(not the ones from the RC)Merfeld machine,at 14723Hwy 20,Peosta Ia. 52068,,,can help you with the crank.

With a 5 inch crank,I pull 6,500 in 2nd gear, tires are 18.4x28. Do you have a speed limit? you might want to try a drive pinion part no.208370. if you can find one. Dont use the pto with a 5 inch crank,,it will blow at about 75 hp.
