Did a search here and found good info. Cobbled up a puller and started pounding. Not even a hint of movement. Even sprayed 'rust buster' down the waterways. What next? fff powder and a fuse? Would heat help out, I'm going to replace the O-rings anyway? Thanks in advance for ANY help!

The welding trick as described by "tramway guy"
works well.
It keeps sleeve puller tension down as well so as
not to ruin the tool from trying to pull a stuck
sleeve.

Thanks for the info! I'll get a chance to try these techniques out in a couple of weeks and let you know how it works. Keith/Or, I'll send an email. Thanks again!

I USED A HYDRALIC JACK COUPLED TO 2 LONG 3/8" REDIBOLTS. WORKED SLICK. PUT BAR ACROSS THE BOTTOM AND ANOTHER ABOVE THE JACK.
HAD TRIED BLOCK OF WOOD WITH SLEDGE HAMMER FOR WEEKS, BUT COULDN'T MOVE THEM. USED JACK AND HAD THEM OUT IN 30 MINUTES

If you are going to throw them away anyway, try, welding a heavy bead around the inside. When they cool off, they will shrink a little and will come out a lot easier.

Be careful not to burn through it,though!

I had to use a sledge hammer along with a puller on the ones in my WD. That had sat for 25 years though with no antifreeze. Just air and dampness, they were STUCK.
