I have used B&B harnesses. Top notch, if I was on a budget for a working tractor I might take my chances with a home made-with wires hanging out harness. But for a show tractor, or for one that will be trouble free for the next 75 years, I would use Steve's Equipment.

Wiring harnesses are like anything else. Ya get what ya pay for. We build wiring systems for most AC machines, but they aren't $30! You want a nice wiring system, drop us a line. Our system comes in kit form which just doesn't give you a handful of wires like the $30 one. We give you all new Brass hardware for all connections, Polyethelene crosslinked Marine wire for superior moisture resistance, weathertite shrink tube crimp ends, in an OEM tar/fiberloom. Step by step instructions, wiring nomenclature, and diagram to name a few more. Purchase what suits you and your budget, but don't put down a more expensive system without looking at em' first to see what's offered. We give you everything you need in our kit to do a top notch job except ambition. You gotta' supply dat'.....

Ed, that sure is a lot more reasonable than almost $100 that some places want for harness for an AC model C and B.

The $30 one is very useable....but if you are going for "best of show" , I beleive the expensive ones have the original vintage style cotton wrapped wire.....i guess its all how correct a guy wants to be.....if i see the $30 one on ebay i'll post an item number

I have the one I took off of my 1948 C, Email me. I agree on the extremely high price for wire harness. I made my own when I did my C, cannot see where there is that much expense involved in wire and labor to make one up...
Just my 2 cents
