Anybody have any tips on how to get the eccentrics loose on my WD45? The impact wrench won't work and I already snaped a breaker bar trying to get them loose.

I agree with Don. Take all 8 large bolts out of the four clamps and drive them off the them all off at the same time. Afterwards, there is a snap ring on the inside of the wheel that holds this pin in. You may have to drive this pin out after you get the wheel apart (I've had to on most of them). Sanding, cleaning and lubrication will be necessary to make them useable.

I would pull the 2 bolts off and take the whole wedge out out so you can spray the backside down with pb blaster. It also makes it easier to heat that way
