I was wondering if crankshafts are interchangable
between a WD and a WD-45? Are the sleeves interchangable?
I am wondering because I am restoring a 1953 WD that has a
bad sleeve and there is a WD-45 sitting next to it that runs great except for a broken crankshaft. The WD-45 has been
used for parts for the WD (radiator, front wheel).
Would it be a good idea to use the 45 engine in the WD if the WD crankshaft would fit?

Thank you very much for any information!!!!

yes I once put a wd45 crank in a wc block sleeves and pistons work too. one rod will have to have the bolt filed a little because it is very close.
