I have two WC that were at one point in time converted to distributer, when this was done the kill lever was done away with and a toggle switch was installed. I know the kill lever runs to the same place as the choke, then a second rod is supposed to run to the mag. However I can't figure out for the life of me how it was supposed to be origanly installed. I've looked at WC's and WF's at shows but most either are to old and have no in the seat shut off or they were converted from the mag and toggle switched. If anyone can tell me how it is supposed to be I'd be much obliged. I'm also looking for parts for a 1938 Allis M Crawler if any one has any idea where I can get some let me know.

The second rod attaches to a loop on the kill switch on the mag. This kill switch is different than most that you see and if I remember correctly it is on the end of the mag towards the front of the tractor and pulling the lever pulls the kill switch into the mag case to ground it.

If you have a distributor, you have battery power to it- put in a switch to cut it off.
