I am just wondering if anyone out there knows where I could dig up some history on Wartime WCs with pressed steel rearends. I have 1-1945 and 2-1946 models so far, but don't know the exact timeframe (or serial numbers) they began/ended manufacture. I would be interested to find any info online, or if there is a book anyone knows of that gets into a little detail about these less common tractors, I would appreciate it. Thanks

Aaron, one book I have says that the steel rear housings started at approximatly serial number 132005. It doesn't make any mention of when they ended. However, it seems I read somewhere once that around 20,000 tractors were built that way.
