The unit can probably be replaced and/or repaired. The hydraulic control valves were probably manufactured by a firm other than Henry. Look the valve over for a manufacturer's name and number. Once you have the manufacturer and valve number, google (research). Exact replacement valves may still be in production.

Thanks Gene
I have original manuels and parts numbers. What I am lacking is a place to buy parts. My hoe is 1956 vintage and off the books. I need someone that knows where to buy old parts. ????? ????

I was in the same boat. Antique backhoe mounted on a WD requiring hydraulic parts. With the name of the valve manufacturer and the valve number, I searched the internet. The valve is still being manufactured. Further search provided tha name of a local source for the valve - a local industrial supply firm.

If that doesn't work. Check with several of the industrial parts suppliers in your nearest major city.

There is also WW Grainger and several other major suppliers of industrial parts.
