I have a problem with the hydraulics when i lift the cylenders it goes to far and busts the left hand cylender. it doesnt just blow it apart it breaks the actual cylender. does anybody have any ideas? I have taken the pump apart and cleaned it but I havent tried it yet.

I have two CAs and they both have the same cylencers so i assume they are the correct ones and they both mount on the axle housings in the same place so i have to guess that its in the valve or pump.

you could have a stuck relief valve in the pump. Bob

I will vote for wrong cylinder. AC got carried away with pressure on the CA. Most cylinders are made for 2,000 lbs. of pressure. The CA operates on 3,500 lbs.

I've thought about this for a couple of days. The only thing I can come up with is that either the cylinders are not Allis cylinders (and are too long) or someone has changed the mounting of the cylinder. I had a CA and the cylinder hits the end of travel before it gets in trouble. Pictures would be helpful. My best guess is wrong cylinders.
