I am having continuing problems withy leaking oil seals on both rear axles on my Allis G tractor. Both axle seals are the correct seals and were installed correctly. A Speedi-Sleeve was installed over the oil seal wear point on both axles. The axle shaft and the oil seal were both well lubricated prior to assembly. All suggestions to help correct this problem would be appreciated. Thanks.

I replaced seals on the rear axle of my CA. Still had a puddle of oil on the floor the next day. I finally discovered that the oil was no longer coming through the seals. The 4 bolts that held the bearing retainer goes completely through the casting into the oil cavity and the oil was leaking around the threads. I discovered that when they assembled them at the factory, they put something similiar to RTV cement on the bolt threads to keep them from leaking. I am Not familiar with a G, but you may have the same problem.
