Parts are hard to get for anything but the motor. I would try to get a more common model tractor that would meet my needs.

I inherited a 160 from my dad in 1992, which worked great until a couple of weeks ago when the clutch froze up. The shaft won't turn, and I broke the rod trying to adjust the nut. Does anyone know if parts are still availabe? You don't see a lot of these.

thanks.

They are ok for what they are, but I would want to try and replace a D17 with one. Not unless your D17 is just too big for your needs.

The 5040 and 5050 were made by the Uzina Tractor Works in Romania under license from Fiat.

The 160 was built by Renault in France with a Perkins 152 engine.
