I though a rod on my allis wd. I really would like to keep the old tractor and get it going again. What engines are direct bolt ins, or easy swaps. I could probably swap in about anything, but lack the time to do a lot of fabbing on a $800 tractor. Please let me know where to look, ie combines, wc's, other models ect. Thanks JK

WC, WD or WD45 engines are direct bolt in swap. D17 engine also very easy to swap w/o any fabricating. E Gleaner combine uses a D17 engine, but needs to use governor, waterpump, & & other odds & ends off your WD engine to swap. Good luck! Kip
