If your are sure filter an other stuff is right you might want to remove shims on rack. Remove cap at front of pump an there will be a screw or Philips head on end . Remove an take couple shims out. Therewill be couple on it.

Yeah, I had a problem with the primer earlier in the year and had to replace the rubber rings in it because it leaked. I tried turning that screw and didn't notice anything different, maybe I'll change the filters again.

Also my 830 had a t handle on top of 2 filters - not all had them . It was to bleed filters if you ran out of fuel . It needs to be turned clockwise (closed) to run otherwise big pump wont have enough pressure SUPPLIED TO IT BY TRANSFER PUMP LOCATED ON BACK OF BIG PUMP. Idont think 930 or 1030had t handle but have a hand pump for priming that some times gets pluged with debre at inlet. You can take it apart an clean it if you are having lack of power

Not a expert but i believe you want screw under cover at rear at bottom . Remove 4 boltswith 10mm wrench than at bottom inside use 10mm to loosen lock nut an turn screw clockwise for more smoke.i forgotwhat kind of screw driver it takes
