Is the clutch on this tractor a wet [oil] clutch? Looks like oil is moving around in the bottom when it runs. I'm still trying to free the clutch with out splitting the tractor.

Yes, it is a wet clutch. It is oiled from the engine crankcase. Pull the side covers off and spray the clutch down with penetrating oil. Let is soak for a day or so and then reach in with a small pry bar while pulling on the clutch leaver. Always drain the clutch housing when you change engine oil.
