just bought a 1896 clutch doesn't seem to disengage properly hard to get out of gear an grinds when you try to get it in,linkage an micro switchs seem to be right, it disengages for a split second when you reach the 2nd switch, i have not checked any press. yet, power shift works properly no slipping,any ideas?

Trans should make that lunge sound when clutch is depressed same as all non elec powershifts, and C4 the only clutch with press.(180#+) The electronic tester dealy takes all the guesswork out of diag, if you can get hold of one. Is clutch cable adj right?
