I have a 1370 case. It is hard to steer replaced the hand pump and checked steering rams. Also made sure that the spindles were not seized. Checked the steering relief pressure it is 2200. Has anyone else ran into this?

Make sure the needle bearings in the steering column are OK. They can cause extra effort even before the hand pump. Try lubing them with penetrating oil by prying lip of seal back where the steering column telescopes.

turns out that the left hand inner tie rod end was loose and trying to carve through the left hand steering ram. All is well now. I also did lube the steering column and that also made a big difference.
