I have an 1175 with a loader. The mast raises and lowers fine, but the bucket does not. The lever for the bucket also will raise and lower the mast, but very slowly. My question is where should I look for the problem? Is it a stuck valve or possibly a bad check valve? Has anyone had this experience before and is it hard to fix? thanks in anvance for any replys.

Check your connections.

Did you just recently hook up the hoses?
If so, it sounds to me like you have a set of hoses crossed on the outlets on the back.
My loader has seven lines with the grapple and also a low pressure return line plumbed in. If I don't keep them all properly labled, I then have a head scratcher going on when the loader does funny things.

The other thing to check is whether your 3 pt arms operate normally...does it make a difference what position they are in. I am not familiar w/ the 1175, but on the 30 series the outlets took priority . I think further on in this forum there is a discussion bout the ball valve on top of the transmission that sometimes fails to seat.

Have you checked the couplers for that circuit?

Are you using the tractor SCVs to control the loader or do you have a separate loader control valve?
