Jim I tested C1 and found about 200 psi on C1 spool with the cluch down witch indicates the spool is sticking per the info that you provided me. I removed the entire valve body and found that C1 spool was sure enough sticking open even after cleaning 2 times wile it was still on the tractor. I disassembled the valve body and cleaned and polished all the spools using valve lapping compound. It worked great the tractor is back in the field. I am still having hydraulic issues but maybe I can get through the season before having to make other repairs. Thanks again for the help it saved me alot of work, money and headache.

Glad I could help, your welcome.
But don't breath too easy... Now the question is: WHY, did it stick?
My first thought is filters and oil contamination.
I'd flush and replace the oil and filters before your triple-pump and/or clutch plates or piston seals die a premature death. Especially since you say "I am still having hydraulic issues".

Remember, it's the same oil that feeds the Remotes circuits (for Implements), which can easily be contaminated if the quick-connects and/or hose-ends are dirty when you plug-in a hose. Alot of $ but not as much as a total RPS tear-down and rebuild.
