I was using our 2294 the other day and stopped to close a gate. I had just unhooked the dirt-scraper, so I know the hydraulics were working. When I got back in, it wouldn't move. The clutch makes the normal sounds when pressed and released, and all the cables and pins to the valve bodies move properly. We changed the hydraulic filters with no change. There didn't appear to be any moisture in the fluids. It has been below freezing for at least a week, and we haven't been able to get it in a heated shop yet. Does anyone have any suggestions?

do the hydraulics work, couplers, hitch. Does the steering work. When you push down on the clutch cable does it make the grunt noise, and can you put the gear shift lever in any of the 4 gears when you have the clutch pedal in.

sounds like the torque plate let go, this i a metal disc that bolts to the flywheel and has a spring damper and splines that hook the engine to the trans input shaft, I have seen this alot where they just go, usually the rivets that hold it all together wear out and strain from all the use and then gone, they just let go, just a thought

try checking fuses in fuse pannel. Their are two fuses that control the transmission. They usually are located in the second column of fusses from the right of the pannel. One is a 20 amp fuse for the trans.contrl/diff lock. then the other is a 1 amp fuse for the range switch.

Also check if shifter has broken cable or become disconectid . Might just not be shifting regular trans.

Steering works, 3 pt. works, fuses are OK, cables are all connected and move the proper valves, the clutch definitely is throwing in/out. There are no unusual noises at all. 2 solenoids (of the four behind the battery box) are energized all the time (bottom 2 in park and neutral, and top and third in all gears). The "brain box" (as a mechanic referred to it) underneath the gearshifters arcs in two separate places when you push in the clutch and release it. Any new ideas?
