The PowerShift (RPS) tranny on all 70 series Case machines use an "Inching" pedal not a "Clutch" pedal to engage engine with wheels. The inching pedal is mechanically linked to a hydraulic control valve that controls the engagement of whichever multi-disc hydraulic clutches are used for the selected gear. Two clutches must be engaged for any gear.

The inching pedal has dissimilar "Feel" as compared to a manual friction clutch pedal! The release modulation needs to be slower if you what to minimize a "Jerky" action. Suggest you use less throttle during engagement, compared to a standard friction clutch, then throttle after the inching pedal is fully released. Kinda something an operator must learn for most any Powershift tranny.
