I am looking at buying a 1960 Case 430 tractor with factory loader. Any idea how much this is worth and I should be paying for it?

Depends if your talking Ag tractor with Ag loader or if you have an Industrial with a heavy loader/power steering/shuttle shift.

It's the agricultural version. It has a loader with it, mower, bale carrier and a blade.

Sorry I didn't get back to you sooner.
With all the equipment, I'd say 1500-3500 but that depends greatly on the condition of the tractor of course, not just mechanically but appearance as well. Sometimes a tractor with a loader is worth less for fear of abuse to the tractors' drive train from the demands of loader operation. Clutch, brakes, gear grinding and tin work being the most obvious abuses.
Also keep in mind all 430s are not the same. A later 430 (mid to late 60s) will give you a draft-o-matic 3pt hitch, hydrostatic steering, diff lock, independent pto, two remotes, and a few other improvements. They are twice the tractor a 1960 model is for all around jobs and easy handling, so don't be fooled by someone saying they saw one sell for 6000 on an auction sale so that's what theirs is worth. They share the same decal and tin but are very different underneath.
