If your tractor is that old than it should have the two tone paint. The 1977's and newer were all orange. If the paint is any good, the tractor runs and doesn't smoke. In my experiences, it is worth about $750. If the mower deck works and the bearings are all good it may be worth $900-$1000. If the paint is really nice, has the factory hydraulic lift and its in good enough shape to have collector interest it could be worth $1250. For all the information you could ever care to learn about these tractors go to Yahoo groups Case garden tractor group. There are lots of people on there with a lot of good information.

I've seen them from $500.00 to $2500.00. All depends on condition and attachments.
