hi, pulling a liquid spreader with a CASE 2590 over the road. I have one hill that I cannot pull unless I shift ranges which in turns spills a little liquid on the road and the neighbors get really mad. how do I turn the pump up a little to get a bit more power? right now the tractor does not smoke at all. thanks, ray

I know it may take longer but you may want to change gears before you start up the hill. It can not be good starting out under that heavy load on a hillside.

install a Sweitzer 3lm466 turbo, they are reasonably priced, durable, bolt on and make more psi of boost than the A R to4

I suggest a pyro! You can melt the pistons in a hurry when you give them more fuel.

Do you mean you have to powershift or actually change gear range? Must be one heck of a hill for a 180 horse tractor to not be able to pull or one heck of a load, or both! I actually just posted a question the other day about the fuel screw on the Bosch fuel pump. Look back a page or two and it is there!
