1. I am looking for an owners manual or a copy there-of for a 1961 730 gas tractor.

2. what type of engine, hydrylic and trans fluids... ie. viscosity ect.

3. where do you check the fluid in the trans and hydraulic units on this tractor?

4. is there a good source for eagle hitch parts?

Engine oil - I would use 10=30 or 15=40 depending on how hard you are going to work it . They originally came out with type A in the trans and hyd. The filler and level stick is a round dome shape cap that slides over a tube to the right of the clutch pedal right beside the range shifter and its not real handy to get oil into. A lot of people now use a regular trans/hyd fluid.

I bought a Case 730 gas tractor earlier this year and th most valuable book you can buy is the 730 and 830 wheel tractors operators manual from yesterday's tractors. Every specification is contained in it. the item # is CA-0-730/830. It costs $37.45 which includes shipping. The shop manual which costs twice as much is good for major repairs. Good luck! Mark'
