I finally got the VAC put back together. I drove it from my dad's house to my house. She ran like the day she came off the factory line. NOW I've been keeping her in my neighbors barn 500 yards away from my house. Everyday I would go over and drive her to my house to clean her up for painting and then it started. After she warms up to working temp she starts missing, sputters, backfires, and stalls. I've checked everything. What could it be?

I agree with Baggsy- could be your condenser is going bad.

From what I've read on this site, a weak condenser will start to falter once the engine warms up to operating temperature. This would be my bet for your problem.

Fuel flow problems are usually more apparent when driving the tractor or using it under load. As you know, it doesn't take much crud to mess up the works, so cleanliness and a good filter are well worth the time & effort.

Let us know what you find out.
